We accept order cancellations within 8 hours of placing the order.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact our support team with your order details within the 8-hour window.

  • Once the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

  • The order has not been shipped or processed.

Refunds will not be applicable for:

  • Requests made after 8 hours of order placement.

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer.

  • Minor color variations due to screen/display differences.

  • Used, washed, or damaged products caused after delivery.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos of unboxing the product.

After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund as applicable.

Refund Processing Time

  • Prepaid order refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • The actual credit timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
