At The Bran’s, we are committed to delivering premium quality products to our customers. Every product goes through quality checks before dispatch. However, in rare cases, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’re here to help.

Eligible Cases for Exchange & Return

We accept exchanges or returns only in the following situations:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Wrong item delivered

To be eligible, customers must provide a clear unboxing video starting from the sealed package opening until the product is fully shown on camera.

The unboxing video is mandatory for verification purposes. Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.

Conditions for Exchange & Return

  • The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • The unboxing video must be clear and unedited.

Non-Eligible Cases

Exchange or return requests will not be accepted for:

  • Size issues or wrong size ordered by the customer

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings

  • Products damaged after use or washing

  • Requests made without an unboxing video

Exchange Process

Once your request is verified and approved:

  • We will arrange an exchange for the correct product or a replacement item.

  • If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be provided at our discretion.
